Humanoid robot school visits in NZ
A humanoid robot school visit gives New Zealand students a hands-on STEM and digital technologies session with a real humanoid robot. Students see how it moves, balances and is controlled, and get to ask questions. A trained operator runs the session, and every booking includes public liability insurance.
What the robot does at school visits
Assembly show
A demonstration for the whole school that opens a robotics or technology unit.
Classroom session
A smaller group session where students see the robot up close and ask questions.
Science and tech week
A headline moment for STEM week or a careers evening.
Prize-giving or open day
A greeter that makes families stop and talk.
What students learn

- How sensors and remote control work together
- Where humanoid robots are used today, and where they might go next
- Careers in robotics, engineering and digital technologies
Safety around students
The operator controls the robot's movement at all times and manages the space around it. We agree a clear area with your staff before the session, and send our public liability certificate if the school needs it.
